The Role
You’ll lead overall operations of an Assisted Living and Memory Care community—driving census, quality, team performance, and financial results.
This includes:
- Ensuring high-quality, compliant care in both AL and Memory Care
- Building and developing strong department leaders
- Leading survey readiness and regulatory compliance
- Driving occupancy and community reputation
- Managing financial performance and labor
This is a leadership role—not just day-to-day management.
What We’re Looking For
- Executive Director experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or senior living
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience managing compliance, surveys, and clinical partnerships
- Ability to drive census and financial performance
- Comfort operating in a dual-environment (AL + MC) setting
